The prestigious award "Golden globe" was awarded yesterday, January 11 in Los Angeles.
Prize "Golden globe" is awarded annually since 1944. It is awarded by the foreign press Association, which includes about 90 international journalists working in Hollywood. This award is considered the second largest after the "Oscar".

I guess I am one of the few people that think George Clooney is deserving of the Cecil B. DeMille Award. He has had a well-rounded career. The guy has won an Oscar for acting & another for producing Argo. He's been Emmy-nominated for ER. He's won Golden Globes for actor, supporting actor, and best picture. The award is given out to those that make a huge impact on the world of entertainment. Well, based on all of the hoopla surrounding his wedding last year, I'd venture to say he's made an impact.
