Seems that if women were really that much underpaid (and their employers were getting away with violating federal laws regarding equality of pay), why aren't more men unemployed so the ungodly, corrupt corporations can make even more of their obscene profits on the backs of women?
The problem really comes down to defining EQUAL. Are the job requirements exactly the same for both sexes; are both working exactly the same hours; with the same amount of experience (years on the job) and proficiency displayed by the employee of each sex? If all answers indicate that all those answers are yes, then each worker, regardless of their sex, should be paid the same
