Iron Man Loses to the Hulk. Even Thor when He got hold of Iron man was able to start Crushing Tonys suit and tony had to escape and used ranged weapons from then on to fight.
Hulk or even thor can beat Iron man easily they just have to wrestle tony and not let him use his ranged weapons.
And Tonys ranged weapons do nothing to The Hulk or Thor.
Never forget Tony Stark or Iron man best weapon is actually just like Lokis?

Slight spoiler but the Iron-Man has NOT beaten the Hulk in the Hulkbuster armor. More like the Hulk BUSTED armor, amirite?!?! Honestly, Hulk wrecked the Avengers and X-Men during World War Hulk pretty soundly.
Enough nerd out but I'm excited for this movie. Even if the title should have been:
Avengers 2: Because we need another mountain of money.
