The title of the next Bond film is SPECTRE.
It's the acronym of the global terrorist organisation - SPecial Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion - coined by 007 author Ian Fleming.
Director Sam Mendes also announced the return of Daniel Craig for his fourth outing as the superspy as well as introducing new cast members Christoph Waltz, Léa Seydoux, Dave Bautista, Monica Bellucci and Andrew Scott.
The film - the 24th in the series - will also see the return of Ralph Fiennes as M, Naomie Harris as Miss Moneypenny, Ben Whishaw as Q and Rory Kinnear as MI6 chief of staff Tanner.
Mendes - launching Spectre at Pinewood Studios - also revealed Bond's new set of wheels: the Aston Martin DB10, which has been created exclusively for the film.
